Would never stay again overall...

Liked: Breakfast was really good Food was really good
Disliked: Didn't like the cold room on arrival Didn't like the cold pool and children using all areas with no staff to tell them off Didn't like the service in the bistro too long waiting for food and drinks staff was appalling Didn't know what they were doing Didn't like the towell robes they were very hard 1 had a hole n it and 1 had no belt loop for fastening Noise 8n the room was atrocious with rattling pipes and dripping water which we were told.to remove the card to stop the noise for sleeping bad nights sleep

A great stay all in...

Liked: V. good breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, consistent green-conscious policies, sockets allowing phone charging, pool, gym, ground floor lobby heaters.
Disliked: The need for booking swimming pool slots, age restriction for gym (16+ only, but that's common here unfortunately), rather long wait for restaurant service, our rooms not adjacent/connected despite advance booking.
