They were a rip off!
Liked: We paid 4 and 1/2 months ahead of time for a King sized bed but they gave us a Queen. When I called down they said people with honors get their room first so I got bumped off. And they said it was the same price so I didn't get it any cheaper!
Disliked: Bumped down from a King to a Queen and they wouldn't give me any money back - said it was the same price. Also they said we had a breakfast, and when we got there for breakfast they said it wasn't included!

The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the 24 hour pool (21 and older). The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and the beds were very comfortable. Loved this hotel!

The room was very comfortable; very nice - I would recommend anyone to stay there.
Liked: How professional the ladies at check in were and how concerned they were - they asked if I needed anything and if there was something else they could help me with. They also gave me directions to the event I was attending.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Location was close to venue and 75.
Disliked: The hallways were like a sauna; jacuzzi didn't appear to be clean; water saver in bathroom created very low flow.

Was relaxing, pleasant, comfortable - just very nice.
Liked: Breakfast delivered to the room was GREAT - hot, good, and exactly the way we ordered it!
