Nice enough but I won’t...

Liked: Nice enough place, this thing with holding a 100 damage cover is nonsense and unscrupulous. Locals just adjacent to the room carrying on at top volume at 2 am was not great. Booking in, receptionist goes through the check in process, takes the card and does the room charge. Then informs me they require a 100 damage cover. Said I will cancel the booking, no refund for the charge just taken. Rude and pushy, don’t blame her, company policy y but I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Liked: All of the staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very nice and helpful, she stored our luggage on the last day and gave us key for the pool and showers. I did ask her name but have forgotten, i am so sorry. At breakfast the young lady 'knee'- not the correct spelling sorry, who made coffees, was lovely. She worked under pressure with a smile and made sensational coffee. Nothing was too much troubleEveryone had a smile and was happy to say hello or have a chatI would love to return next year.I didn't think I would enjoy a holiday to Alice Springs as much as I didMany thanks to all
Disliked: I was unsure of where to put my pool towel once I had finished

Liked: Disliked breakfast at the cafe in the complex. We were served cold food and the waitress didn’t listen to our order so it was partly wrong.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: There was no lounge to sit and watch tv. There was a yellow chair which i would not sit in it was disgusting and needs to be thrown to the tip.
