Liked: Room was very comfy, kids loved the pool. The sauna was amazing
Disliked: The card reader to the room kept clicking over during the night and there wasn't an exhaust fan to the bathroom, just a vent

Very relaxing and a great...

Liked: Pool was exceptional, Room a good size. Pillows were not comfortable very poor. Shower grout needs to be cleaned properly with a brush as it's dirty otherwise bathroom was great size and well appointed. Great view of Garden and Pool area. Loved the plants along sidewalk areas.
Disliked: The grout being dirty on the floor of the shower very disappointing. Pillows were flat and lumpy not good at all, all of them. needed to get our own out of car.

Liked: The room was clean with all standard features
Disliked: - it was tired, rundown and needs a refurbishment - staff were rude and unhelpful. Too busy talking between themselves. Made the check in uncomfortable. - there was grass cuttings in the hallway that was there for 3 days - the Tali breakfast would have to be thru worst meal I’ve had in my life
