Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Liked: Crowned Plaza is a very well thought-out formula. Our room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed and all the equipment you would expect. Location was excellent (for the airport) and it was excellent value for money. It's a step up on similar rivals but worth the small incremental cost.
