Pleasant staff.
Liked: The cosy and comfortable environment.
Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Very friendly and comfortable with...
Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect - less than 5 minutes to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - very clean and very quiet. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. The whole stay was perfect. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through Aberdeen.
Disliked: The only thing I could have wished for were more pillows on the bed and I'm sure if I'd asked they would have been provided.

Liked: We stayed for one night and it was right beside the airport, only a few minutes walk away.The room was well appointed and the bed comfy.
Disliked: Nothing, perfect for a pre-early flight stay

Liked: Very clean, nice decoration, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the airport, good bus connection to the city center. Very supportive stuff.
Disliked: I would enjoyed some more bath consumables, slippers and bath dress. Additional i had a big discomfort by receiving messages from the hotel via Booking.com messaging system, asking 150 for advance payment for the room, which afterwards proved was a phishing email.

Very, very, disappointing in the...
Liked: Room was pretty good. Love that it’s a dog friendly property.
Disliked: Despite paying an additional fee for parking, we have been sent a £100 parking ticket for time spent in the drop off area in front of the hotel, unloading bags and checking in. Thereafter, car was moved to the hotel car park. I have emailed the hotel and asked them to cancel the parking ticket but there has been no response.UPDATE: The hotel has indeed responded with instructions for cancelling the parking ticket. I’m not sure if that would have happened when it did, were it not for this review. Either way, grateful as I am, I still find it astonishing, and disappointing that parking ticket can be issued for a brief stop in what is very clearly a Pick-up/Drop-off area in front of a hotel.
