Disliked: Bathroom had missing light above mirror so fairly dark and shower had limescale build-up (rubber fitting so easily removed by hand resulting in tray filling with black build-up - once removed ok) - otherwise room clean

Charming hotel and staff to...

Liked: The hotel is so charming and the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, especially the late opening time, we were in the pool at 9pm! The reception and staircase is beautiful and so well maintained, excellent first impression.
Disliked: We booked a superior room, and although it was a good size we felt that there was nothing special about the room. Window looked out on to another wall (not attractive) and the shower definitely needs updating.
