Liked: Good location
Disliked: Hotel hall ways cold. Our room must have been located under watertank that was noisy all night filling up and next door room had tv on all night also, there was vibration noises randomly coming for somewhere, again all night.

Perfect location to visit family....

Liked: We’ve stayed before with our little dog who passes away in August. We revisited and weren’t disappointed. Comfortable room with a lovely bed and great shower. Staff were so lovely.
Disliked: Nothing… it ticks our boxes and we will be back.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable . Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location in the centre of Chertsey
Disliked: Nice as the room was , the price was a bit steep for room only.

Liked: I liked the room, bar, just the friendly atmosphere of the whole place.
Disliked: The pillows were not supporting enough, but I understand that is for the minority of people.

Good staff, comfortable rooms and...

Liked: Got there at 10:30 and we were all able to check in and put bags in our rooms.Stayed here a few times before when we come to watch the rugby. Rooms comfortable and clean, great breakfast.
Disliked: Relatively easy to get to Twickenham, albeit trains out are only every 30 mins, so check times first.....we didn't and missed one by 1 minute. Uber was fine though and only£35 for 6 of us.
