Very nice overnight stay

Disliked: Outdated lounge area.State of room & bathroom décor.Lack of space in bar.It is obviously overpriced but that is only because its in Southwold.

An overall fabulous stay.

Liked: Friendly hotel with a great breakfast choice in a perfect location. Great parking facilities and lovely restaurant.
Disliked: I didn't find the pillows comfortable compared to other places I've stayed in, but I wouldn't let that put me off staying again.

Would have been good but...

Liked: The food in the Restuarant was excellent. Good service for dinner. Wednesday morning breakfast service excellent but different girl on Thursday not so good.
Disliked: The noise from the street was horrendous. Builders starting at 6am,heavy lorries during the night ,deliveries from 4am it just kept going. Do not take a front facing room. These rooms desperately need secondary glazing.
