Valentines night stay.

Liked: Lovely hotel,friendly and polite staff,comfortable room ,clean and excellent breakfast
Disliked: Towel warmer in the room didn't work.

Disliked: When we went into the room first impressions were very poor low lighting so you could not view the room properly but you could feel sense the carpets were very dirty, we spent the first night very cold the radiator had been turned off so we realised we needed to turn this on. Who ever makes the beds needs to realise the duvet should not be tucked under the bottom of the bed this stops you having good use of duvet had to rip bed apart to get use. There was a draft coming in through the windows we learnt how to drop the curtains on second day this stopped some of draught. My wife found a “VAPE” under her pillow which indicated the bed had not been stripped and re-done they changed the bedding for us. There were other things you had to find out yourself the mat for the shower hangs behind the door the hairdryer is in a bag hanging in the cupboard. A small instruction leaflet would have got us off to a better start?

Liked: everything was better than expected! Hotel common spaces were beautiful, bedrooms were well appointed and clean. We didn't eat dinner but the breakfast was excellent.All the staff were excellenteasy free parking
Disliked: Breakfast coffee was so/soWould have liked another pillow to prop myself up and read in bedthat's it!
