Thank you for everything!

Liked: Location and reception is perfect!
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was worst. The rain was faster.There were no slippers and dental care kits.

Great location!

Liked: Great location! Right in the city center and very close to the train station
Disliked: We stayed 2 nights for the Eindhoven marathon and during the check in the lady at the reception seemed annoyed and not willing to provide the information in a proper way

Liked: The decoration of the room was warm and nice and also the fact that the hotel is very close to the train station makes it even better!

I have enjoyed my staying...

Liked: Excellent location!
Disliked: In 6 days, nobody came to empty the trash been from my room!I understood the sustainability measures regarding the frequency of changing the towels but, I expected at least the trash to be removed!

Ok for a short stay

Liked: Location was great, really close to the train station, room was clean, breakfast was also nice. I liked the nespresso machine in the room.
Disliked: The hotel had paper thin walls, you could hear everything, the mattress on the bed was really uncomfortable.

Liked: Comfy bed, good location
Disliked: The room and bathroom weren't clean at check in (they clean it next morning, when I told them); no soundproof windows so you can hear all the noise and the scandals from the streets, at midnight. And the worst was the taxi driver the receptionist called us...he asked for 45 Euro for 10 km, no receip! When I ask receptionist for help with taxi, I trust him to call me a serious one, not a thief!!!
