Excellent location, comfy hotel

Liked: The location is perfect, near the train station, the shops and Effenaar where we went to a concert. The room was big, quiet and clean. The staff was super friendly and breakfast really delicious!
Disliked: Maybe more lights in the room or bathroom, it was hard to do makeup.

Excellent location, but the management...

Liked: The staff was excellent at the front desk.Very helpful and willing to serve the needs of the client. The location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was good and the amenities offered more than enough.
Disliked: The cleaning was below average. After 2 days, no new towels were provided unless we asked. The cleaning staff came after our demand to tide up and clean the room, but the cleaning was below average. It is a shame for a hotel in an ideal location not to have a good cleaning level.

Disliked: In my opinion, the room requires renovation. Furniture and bathroom facilities look old and used much.
