Happy family get away.

Liked: Check in and out were quick and easy, staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The mold smell in the hallway next to the pool area rest of hotel smelled and looked clean. They don't serve breakfast.

Liked: The game room
Disliked: The pool/waterpark was disgusting. The room we stayed in had old fish in the fridge, empty twisted tea cans left in the room, and found someone’s hat behind the television.

Uncomfortable and inconvenient dirty rooms...

Disliked: Rooms were dirty booked multiple rooms together ended up in separate buildings you have to climb four flights of stairs with wet children to get back to your room from pool if your on fourth floor only one way to access the pool and water park and it’s not heated so cold wet kids and the pool is only available from 2pm-10pm they have the latest check in I’ve ever heard of who wants to check in at 5pm then check out at 11am staff was extremely rude and not at all willing to help accommodate any body watched an elderly couple have to stay on the fourth floor and by the time they got up all the stairs they had a dirty room and had to go back down all those stairs to go back to the other building where the lobby is somebody puked in the pool and instead of cleaning it they iust put a ton of chlorine in the pool and let people back into it

My kiddos had a blast...

Liked: The lady that checked me in was amazing i believe she said her name was michelle she sounded Jamaican. The gentleman was nice as well when i went to get bracelets. Room was conveniently close to elevator and pool access. Room was clean as well
Disliked: It had a moldy smell to it bad in certain areas, it may be because not open fully yet. I paid for an extra bracelet but seenseveral families there with no bracelets on there wrist.

Disliked: The whole building smelt like mold (which was also visible) We did not have any big towels for after showering and there was barely any toilet paper left and no extra roll. The waterpark area looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned… ever. The lady at the front desk had an attitude the second she answered the phone. We used to come every year for 3 years. Our last trip we were a little leery on coming back because of the building itself. But 3 years later we thought we’d give it another try. It’s sad how run down the hotel is. Especially for being in a tourist area. We will not be coming back
