Liked: Spa facilities are great and there are a number of restaurants to choose from. Staff were pleasant especially Rudolph who was utterly charming.
Disliked: Good but not amazing. Little things like waiting for food to be replenished at breakfast buffet, no bathrobes in room, £2.50 for fresh milk to use to make tea in room, £5 supplement for porridge at breakfast.

Always a lovely comfortable place...

Liked: Staff great. Room spacious and very modern. Food amazing. Surrounding countryside with walks lovely. NYE gala dinner and entertainment good.
Disliked: Some of the grout in shower area needs more deep cleaning. Air con a bit noisy. Service at the end of the NYE gala dinner slightly fell apart.

Just simply lovely

Liked: Amazing choices for breakfast and had the option for vegetarian sausages, everything tasted great.
Disliked: It's not a major thing but the distance from the hotel to spar was a gap but this was redeemed by a little cart that could ferry you
