Disliked: We had a room on the atrium side and it was loud at times due to holiday parties.

Superb stay in KC

Liked: Such an impressive hotel in every way. The decor, food and the, quite frankly wonderful, staff really made our stay memorable.
Disliked: Room housekeeping was non-existent during our stay which was surprising. We stayed 3 nights and room was untouched for the duration. I would have at least expected beds to be made for the price and standard of hotel.

Liked: Loved the building, entertainment was good and bar staff friendly. Roof top bar is fantastic but closed for the winter too soon.
Disliked: Breakfast options could have been better with less expensive and faster prepared meals available

Good choice for Crossroads Fun.

Liked: Great location in the center of the Crossroads. Hip place. Great hotel bar in the lobby.
Disliked: Not much daylight gets into the rooms. Only windows are up high and not operable.
