Exceptional

Liked: We had a room sewer smell happen our first evening. We were moved to another room immediately. We appreciated the excellent service of all departments who serviced us over our weekend stay.

Not what I paid for!

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful
Disliked: We paid extra to get the room with a hot tub. The hot tub did not work properly. I feel that if you are charging extra for an upgrade that upgrade should work as designed.
