Good location, nice room, would...

Liked: This is our second stay at Crosshill House. Last time we were in the main building but this time we were in the newer annex which was much nicer. The room was better and the bathroom was much newer and had a lovely shower. My partner was taken ill while we stayed and spent a couple of days in the room. The cleaners were great and gave him space whilst still doing the essentials and we were very grateful for that. The room we were in this time was warm and clean and comfortable

Liked: It was a warm clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: The kettle broke before I could use it and it was beyond the staff office hours so I couldn't get a replacement. The WiFi did not work whatsoever in room 11. Disappointing as it worked well last week when I stayed in a different room.
