Beautiful room, amazing evening meal...

Liked: We had a junior suite. With the most beautiful 4 poster bed. The room was spacious and just really comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: It’s an old property and the facilities reflect that. It’s fine but was quite expensive for what it was as I think we arrived on a busy weekend.

Liked: Friendly staff. Rooms a little small and in need of upgrade but very clean. Lovely breakfast. Handy parking in front of hotel. Would stay again.

Liked: The staff and meals were nice.
Disliked: The room I was in was very dated, badley needed a facelift. Bathroom tiles were very old fashioned and shower curtain on shower. Old setee in the room very worn and dated, pelmets on windows covered in dust. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable I had to request a change of room the following night. Which they managed to do, even though they were busy. I would not have minded the above so much, but the room was charged at £125 per night, I have slept in much nicer rooms for a lot less. I did email the hotel, but did not receive a reply. It's a shame as the staff and food were really nice.
