Very ordinary for the price...

Disliked: The whole place is very run down , bed very old and uncomfortable and the bathroom was mouldy

Sad it’s so run down...

Disliked: We have stayed at this property on a number of occasions but this is the first time since approx 2021. Sadly it is neglected many things are rusted broken not working & dirty. We woke this morning to ants all through the container of food we had. The entrance to our room joint entrance was dirty with leaves & dirt. The pool area is filthy. It is ashamed It’s so badly neglected as our previous experiences were good. It’s never been flash but it was always acceptable with the cost but now it’s run down dirty & neglected. I’m unsure if it’s a pet friendly facility there was a dog on the premises & we were woken early hours if the morning with barking.

Disliked: The fridge froze my rice and milk I had to defrost the milk to make a cup of tea and the shower was not very hot The person in the office was not friendly hardly made eye contact even

Good place to stay.

Liked: There's always parking available.Toaster provided.
Disliked: No breakfast options.Bathroom is a bit old. I'm aware they are renovating the rooms slowly. Unfortunately we didn't get a new one this time.

Liked: I have been trying to send an email to booking.com but no such address, want to put in a complaint but can’t get in touch with you
Disliked: It was old and dirty, power point in bathroom didn’t work, the 2 bed side lights didn’t work, window beside the bed couldn’t lock and there is so much more, I would like to send you the email I sent them
