Liked: Reasonably clean property and comfortable beds with plenty of utilities. Good value for money for a group stay for two nights.
Disliked: Shower pressure needs looking into and lounge area could do with a thorough vacuum, seat cushions on the sofa bed slide off very easily and don’t seem to click in so fingers and legs got pinched,

Disliked: Receptionists not welcoming One receptionist had good customer care - lady with blonde bob hairOthers were rude and couldn’t be doing with the general public. When we arrived not given much info about what was on when, etc, totally couldn’t be bothered with people arriving and unfriendly Some couples got a glass of bubbly upon arrival but we weren’t offered The swimming pool had loads of kids and under 16 in spa Floor around pool really wet and no one clearing it up - breeding ground for bacteria and made it slippy - no staff around to clear up
