Croft Hotel is a classic Victorian building set on the outskirts of Leicester. Not very happy

Disliked: Room was cold, shower tray filled up whilst showering, window was broken, police dropped someone off as I arrived home

Staff were lovely and friendly....

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: The bedding was stained. The walls were stained. The ceiling paint was hanging off. The bathroom was filthy. We actually didn’t end up staying and checked back out shortly after checking in.
