Liked: Friendly staff and convenient.
Disliked: I have a bad knee and with 2 flights of stairs with suitcase was difficult but the kind staff member, Callum I think helped me.

Good. Would stay again for...

Liked: Great location in the city, close to the new metro system. Friendly staff. Bed was really comfortable!Clean and tidy.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small for tall people.

Liked: Room inside was good . The staff were fantastic so helpful especially the manager on the night we came . Young bloke nothing was a problem to him. Lucky you have him. Little bathroom was great except you could hear everything whilst the other person went to the toilet
Disliked: We got scabies from the beds. The room we had was top floor for two disabled people Beds weren’t ready as email said they were. Stairs were torturous.
