Liked: Excellent location, close to centre of Perth, waterfront etc. Good sized bedroom. Good, powerful shower. Very clean. Staff helpful.
Disliked: Very tired and tatty. Ripped seats, lamp shades etc. very dated bathroom fittings. Worn carpet on stairs.

Liked: Old and dated hotel, but serviceable for the price and a good location in the city
Disliked: Very noisy. Nightclub downstairs next door and a pub with outdoor seating basically right out the window. Very loud until well after 3am.

Liked: Never liked much about this hotel. It really need modernised. I felt as if it were an old house when I walked in...very dim. Basically worn out.

Liked: For what I paid is okay Shower is nice BUT there is no cleaning service during the weekend that I find it terrible if I’m paying to be in a hotel I would like to have towels changed and the bed done

Great value in the centre...

Liked: The location was great, 9 minutes' walk from Perth station and plenty of restaurants and takeaway shops nearby.Room was large and beds were comfortable. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked well.Room was serviced daily (but had to put the sign on the door requesting it).
Disliked: Although it was very clean, the fittings and fixtures were very worn. Carpet was threadbare in places and paint peeling off the walls.Shower was a little fiddly and difficult to get the temperature right.In the street outside the hotel, there were a few people sleeping rough and just hanging around. This was a little intimidating, but I never had any trouble. To be fair, this happens all over Perth city, and the hotel can't do anything about it, but just be aware.
