Easy access to Alhambra

Liked: Excellent location to visit Alhambra, right next to the entrance. A bit far from the town center, Sacromonte, Albaicin, but there are buses that connect you fast to the places of interest with the station close to the hotel. If you buy your Granada card on line, the MyTours office is next door.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast & parking deal.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Very friendly atmosphere the moment you enter the hotel. Receptionists ready to help you. Great view of Alhambra from the room terrace. Nice diningroom with big windows. Great breakfast: homemade jam and yoghurt. Excellent croissants. And - the best freshly squeezed orange juice I’ve had in Andalusian hotels. The entrance to Alhambra just in front of it. Bus stop for the city center 3 min away. All perfect for us, elderly people.
Disliked: I chose the hotel because it was next to Alhambra which was my main reason of visit. However, all other places of interest should be reached by bus. Which didn’t matter to us. As far as we reached Albaicin or Sacromonte in half an hour. Having dinner in town, last bus at 23:00 is a little upsetting.

Liked: We had a couple of problems (not connected with the hotel) and the staff were wonderful . So kind and so helpful!Lovely breakfasts too and brilliant location close to the Alhambra.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was average. The flush in the WC is unusual. It’s extremely strong AND EXTREMELY LOUD. No problem you may think but it the people in the room decide to flush their WC at 3am you will know about it.

Very good hotel at reasonable...

Liked: Well located hotel almost in front of entrance of Alhambrasite. Center Granada easy reachable by regular town minibusses that have terminus nearly in front of hotel. Nice rooms decorated in traditionally Andalusian style. Very efficient check in by very friendly staff at frontdesk. Good breakfast buffet.

Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel, lovely staff and amazing breakfast. Wonderful facilities and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Was unaware that there was only one plug socket in the room, but this didn’t affect us too much.

Nice place with excellent location...

Liked: Very noicy from neighbouring bathrooms. Missed instant coffee at arrival; only decaf and tea available. Lack of restaurants nearby.
