Liked: The most we like in this hotel is two very supportive and friendly girls working in the hotel reception.
Disliked: If the purpose of your trip to Granada is only to visit Alhambra, then the hotel is well located. Otherwise better to choose a hotel in the vibrant downtown close to restaurants, grocery stores and other historical monuments. Our hotel rooms were dark, with a half-windows viewing to the parking lot of Alhambra, instead of promised view to the garden. Rooms and corridors had a strange smell. Breakfast could be better.

Great Terrace and right next...

Liked: It's right next to the Alhambra. We came by car and it was an easy drive with parking of Alhambra right in the front. They gave us the room with the terrace overlooking Alhambra which was nice. The 24 hr parking cost at Alhambra is 22.4 euros but we paid 20.50 by paying this discounted rate at the hotel. The staff was very nice. The terrace was big

Disliked: Room did not match photo - window looked out to a wall approximately 1 metre from window - no view.TV only in Spanish - unable to change to English. Told some rooms had facility but ours did not. No evening meal facilities. Staff advised we needed to walk into town centre. As unwell not possible . Got a sandwich from shop that was closing at 6pm
