A lovely 2 day holiday...

Liked: Lots to do , few different restaurants to eat in , evening entertainment and staff were very pleasant and helpful . Beautiful grounds .
Disliked: It was a bit cold in the restaurants but to be fair it was exceptionally cold weather when we stayed .

Great stay.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Staff were to quick in clearing your table if you went up to choose something else from the breakfast buffet.Over my 4 days I came back and my table had been cleared 3 times.

Liked: We loved the big comfy bed, the deep bath and the leisure suite
Disliked: Maybe not really our style - a bit too corporate and lacking in atmosphere and coziness in most of the public areas. Reception could ha e given us a bit more info about the facilities on arrival

The worst stay we have...

Liked: Good sized room and the hotel grounds was massive so there was lots to explore.
Disliked: Dirty brown marked bed sheets that was in plain sight for house keeping to notice, also the connecting arm on the two single beds to make it the double wasn’t over so when in bed the two beds separated. No tv remote and had the audacity to look about the room after we had searched for one when we asked reception if we could get one. The supplied conditioner pump was missing the nozzle. A travel cot that had to used by a family was dumped outside our room for the 2 days we were there and wasn’t moved even by the time we were leaving. We had been out the room all day doing activities and arrived back at around 4pm wanting to get showered and ready to go out for dinner and house keeping had forgot about our room and had to go to reception and raise this with a manager.
