Liked: Loved the lounge area very relaxing and plenty of space. Beautiful views and conservatory
Disliked: My only 1 thing was the bed was not comfy

Liked: The one thing that really stood out for me is the amazing day day shift worker that was so helpful and I really think she should be recognised by the company for the way she would cheer you up and take time to speak to you. I highly recommend itKayla is the cleaner with blonde hair look out for her
Disliked: BOOKING.COM the poor customer service and being charged for things that they had plenty of time to sort out. I can't fault hotel just be extra careful with booking.comI will be letting everyone know unless they do the right thing and refund me. IQ

Not worth the money

Liked: The location and breakfast was lovely
Disliked: The spa facilities were run down and freezing so could not use, bad odour Cat litter tray in our corridor with faeces in was disgusting

A beautiful Hotel , but...

Liked: I liked the bar area and lovely restaurant and conservatory.The evening meal was nice. I would have liked the pool but the temperature of the water was too cold to enjoy. I liked the beautiful views and it’s a beautiful building.
Disliked: I really didn’t like the bed . It was really uncomfortable. Mattress was lumpy and looked very old and worn out . I couldn’t sleep well and was very disappointed as was looking forward to a relaxing time away to get some rest . As mentioned above the swimming pool was disappointing as the water was very cold and too cold for a swim .

Liked: Dinner was very good, Staff excellent serving ten of us,Room was comfortable,Breakfast good,
Disliked: Booked in to stay 22/01-23/01 Depart 24/01 Due to the Yellow-Red weather warning for travel on the 24th I checked out on the 23rd to drive to Scotland, bit dissatisfied to learn i would not receive a refund.
