Room with a bed in...

Liked: It was a very basic, no frills hotel but one that did exactly what it promises and does it well. My room was small but it was clean and the facilities were good. Staff very friendly
Disliked: There is currently construction work going on across the street, which did not bother me at all but might annoy those wanting a lie in.

Ideal for a one night...

Liked: It suited our purposes. A handy location close to St Pancreas. Good for a one night transit. There is currently construction going on in the street so the street is dusty and road is uneven but it didn’t concern us as we were there only one night and the room was quiet in the evening.

Liked: Very clean, helpful staff, baggage storage
Disliked: Sirens at night, but not hotels fault.
