Disliked: The room was so small it was difficult to move around it. The bed was small and the duvet was two inches smaller than the actual bed. There was no elevator so we had to hump suitcases up two flights of steps. The staff didn’t seem to want to help us. It was also barge noisy and dusty due to a massive construction site directly opposite.The hot water in the shower took a couple of minutes to come through. The bathroom was so small that the toilet was fitted on a slant, difficult to get in and out of (I’m 175 tall and weight 65 kilos so I’m quite slender). Decoration was old and tired.

Liked: Location was perfect for my trip, very close to King’s Cross Station. Everything needed for short term stay was available in the room although it was very small
Disliked: Not enough space in the room to open a big suitcase

Very pleasant & clean room,...

Liked: Very convenient, very near to Kings Cross Station, which is just a short walk away. Food & transport easily available.
Disliked: Not the hotel’s fault, but be aware the street is closed for roadworks which will take some months to complete. However, I must say all is well-managed, and not an issue for guests at all.
