Very good

Liked: Location was very good as we arrived and left by train. There was construction across the street but this did not disturb us when sleeping. The staff were very helpful and willing to assist with our needs.
Disliked: There is not a lift, but the staff offered to help with bags! We were fine but it was nice they offered.

Liked: Location 5 minutes from St Pancras. All staff friendly and professional. Well equipped room.

Liked: Location was excellent, public transport was nearby. The room and toilet are very small but if you’re only looking for a place to sleep and get ready before going to explore the city, it’s very good.

Always happy to stay at...

Liked: I travel to UK regularly (both for business and for pleasure) and I always stay at Crestfield Hotel, which perfectly suits me. The hotel is in perfect location, the staff is always very helpful, the rooms are clean and I always feel comfortable, safe (very important for solo travels!) and cosy staying there.
Disliked: There is nothing to complain at Crestfield Hotel!
