Amazing Staff, Superb Studio, Great...

Liked: A very warm welcome from Paula, I arrived early and my luggage was securely stored. The Vegan restaurant outside serves outstanding food.The TV wasn't working in my room and I wanted a room with a view.Florence was amazing with helping me to choose a room on the third floor.The studio rooms are very spacious and have everything you need.The location is spot on, round the corner from miami tours and plenty of places to shop and eat.I've got to add how amazing Florence & Paula were. All the staff are friendly.100% will stay again.Thank You
Disliked: Only stayed for 2 nights, should have booked longer. It'd be hard to find a better place & staff.

Pleasant

Liked: I arrived in the evening after a long flight. I was served by Florence at the reception desk and she was very very helpful and friendly. She even offered me a room upgrade.
Disliked: The AC unit seemed ancient, and was extremely loud.

Nice little break

Liked: Location, staff, space in apartment. We had a great time
Disliked: Bathrooms need renovating, pictures look better. Also a private beach is a bit far from hotel

Good location and friendly staff....

Liked: The staff was amazing. They were all very attentive. They held our bags free of charge as we arrived many hours before our check-in and also allowed us to sit out at the pool until our room was ready. The front lobby was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Our room was very, very dated. We could tell that the walls were painted recently, but it was a terrible paint job. It seemed like they took zero care in how the job was done and the different colors of paint could be seen all over the trim and curtains. The room was decent sized, and the bed was comfy, but the carpet was stained up, and the general appearance just made the room feel very unclean. I saw the housekeepers throughout the halls, and the room smelled very fresh, but it needed a complete overhaul. We had friends staying in other areas of the hotel, and their rooms were updated in different ways, so maybe we were in the old side that just got some paint thrown at it. The elevator was very tiny as well.

Good location, borderline gross hotel...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the location is great.
Disliked: The rooms badly need to be renovated. The old carpeting is wet from the air conditioners. The door lock stopped working and it took an hour to get it fixed.
