Liked: Very well lit up. Ample parking and easy to gain access to my room.
Disliked: I checked in at 11pm and you had to stand outside the office with using a night drop window. With the rapid changing weather, I stood in the freezing cold for 30 mins while the office staff processed my reservation. This was unacceptable.

Disliked: The door was locked to the office so we had to check in through a window like bank teller style. It was poor customer service in my opinion. Could hardly hear the man checking us in. It was cold outside. Not pleasant experience.

Liked: I liked that the property has been updated recently. The outside looks very clean and well kept.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the lobby wasn’t available at night to check in. (10:00pm)My first room had dead bugs in it and the staff agreed to let me change rooms. I thought the bath mat should have been thrown away.

Liked: I really liked that the bed was very comfortable & the linens were clean.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was that the top of the air conditioner was a little dusty which was of concern because my husband has allergies.
