My experience at Creekside can...

Liked: The staff was friendly, informative and professional. Great self-serve breakfast with many selections,
Disliked: The property is going through renovations. At times there was a loud noise like rushing water through pipes coming from through the wall. the first time was at 10 pm, I called the front desk and after explaining the sound I was told it was coming from the laundry and that no more loads of wash would be done that night. At 8 am the sound began again. I was up and getting ready to start my day so it was not an issue. I did tell them at check out that I would not stay there again if my room was located by the laundry. The associate thanked me for my comments and said she would forward them on to management. If not for the laundry issues, they would have received higher scores from me.
