Enjoyed our stay would like...

Liked: The staff are wonderful, can’t speak too highly of them. The location is great just a very short stroll into the city
Disliked: It needs a bit of modernisation but that is starting tomorrow

Pleasant hotel, excellent staff

Liked: The staff. All were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was very good. Gluten free diet catered forThe pool was also good to useThe lounge area looked great as did the gardensLiked that there was a bath as well as a shower, not that I used the bath but I like to have the option
Disliked: A little warn in places.The bed was a little firm for meTo open the bedroom window I had to climb on the bed as the mechanism was so high, I am 5ft 5 and not young

A pleasant two night stay.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff - coped with an unexpected 13 extra dinner guests at very short notice - for whom nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast - catering for all needs and tastes.
Disliked: The windows/blinds in the conservatory are very dusty/unclean. The overall decor would benefit from a complete refreshment as it is very 'dated'.
