From the moment we walked...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful, and the location was wonderful. We were very lucky to have a fantastic room with amazing scenery. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel at home. All the other staff members were great as well. Oscar in the whisky bar was particularly helpful in selecting excellent drams from their impressive collection. we had a fantastic time there. Thank you Craigellachie hotel for making our birthdays wonderful xx

Liked: When we arrived we were informed that we had been upgraded in terms of the room and staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Perhaps more variety in terms of choices on the dinner menu.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, nothing was a trouble to the staff. Very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: We were given vouchers as a gift for Craigellachie, unfortunately as I’m allergic to dogs my stay was was quite miserable, wheezing & snottering & sneezing. Didn’t realise till we saw dogs in the breakfast room.

Disliked: The room was very noisy. Next to the bar and the stairs that made a lot of sound. The quality of the hotel was not that good. Especially for the quite high price we paid. Breakfast was good.
