Liked: Great hotel and excellent value. Very close to the visitor centre. Nice food and good breakfast to fuel you for your daily hikes.

Professional lodge / resort.

Liked: Very professional operation. Nothing to fault. Our room was upgraded ( nice surprise) Spaceous and comfortable. A choice of lounge areas with log fires. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: We received a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and if you couldn't find anything you liked to eat amongst everything available, you would be hard to please. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant

Liked: Located close to the national park.
Disliked: Walls are paper thin and not sound proof at all. If you're unlucky like us you end up staying between a person who has the TV on max and a family with kids who start yelling at 5am in the morning up and down the hallway.Pillows are very soft. Overall while the location is lovely it is not good value for money, maybe the split king rooms are better.

Liked: Warm rooms, comfortable beds nice showers.
Disliked: overpriced, I could hear someone snoring all night from the next room.

We loved our stay

Liked: The location is just beautiful. Hotel has everything you need and more. Rooms are spacious, love all the lounge areas and the fireplaces. Breakfast was good, plenty of options.
Disliked: The fact that we didn't stay longer.

Disliked: Nothing about the property just that you can’t see Cradle Mt by car . Only walking or tour buses..
