Disliked: No air conditioning, not fans. When I emailed them they said there was a desk fan in the cupboard! Poor response, very expensive for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Expensive, annoying wifi, but overall...

Liked: Fires in the common areas
Disliked: Reconnecting to the wifi throughout the day and evening. Made no sense, such a simple thing to get right these days! It felt like every time I went to connect I needed to reconnect on both my phone and MacBook. This happened to the 3 others I travelled with.

Beautiful location, enjoyed buffet breakfast...

Disliked: Expensive for what it is, a bit noisy with lots of other guests around

Disliked: Buffet breakfast had a good range but was not hot enough.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Gallery and boardwalk was lovely. Altitude restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: Very dated rooms, huge TV but no couch and only one pillow per person so not comfortable to watch TV in the evening. Also soundproofing not sufficient- children running up and down hallways till late created a lot of noise and not a peaceful environment.

Perfect base for visiting Cradle...
