Underwhelming

Liked: Location. The asian lady who checked us in was very kind
Disliked: Shower overflowed. The sink in the room was leaking. The sheets were dirty. The russian lady at the reception was weird and not in a good way.

Passable

Liked: Clean room, and easy communication for after hours access.
Disliked: Hearing a couple having sex 2 rooms away.

Exceptional

Great stay in Sydney!

Liked: Great spacious rooms, clean facilities. Good location in the city!
Disliked: Toilet paper ran out very quickly and there was no way to replace it. Male bathroom light was not working

Poor

Disliked: Soundproofing of rooms was inexistent, acs were very loud, so much so that the neighbouring room's ac would be enough to keep you awake
