Amazing, couldn’t fault our stay!

Was good stay.

Liked: Location was great, kitchen was nice and cosy.
Disliked: Could have an elevator too installed despite using stairs

Liked: Everything was exceptional.The place is very clean.The people working there are amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists.Would stay again.

A pleasant short stay

Liked: I like the concept of this - a private room with shared bathroom facilities. The room was clean, and the bathrooms that I used throughout my stay was pleasant as well. Seems like it was well maintained and cleaned thoroughly and often too. There was breakfast included, it is quite basic, but toast with a selection of spreads, hot and cold drinks and sausages were available.
Disliked: I wished I was able to leave my luggage at the locker room for longer when I checked out. As I was there during their summer hours, they were only staffed from 9am - 4pm. Anytime between then, you'll need to use your locker passcode to get in the building. When you check out, you lose access to the passcode of your key at 10:30am, so that meant I had to be back before 4pm to get my luggage. It was ample amount of time to explore the city but given that I wasn't due to leave until later in the evening, I'd have appreciated it if I could store my luggage for longer.

Liked: The room was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need.

Liked: Room, facilities, location, price is okay, staff are great.
Disliked: Okay. The room. I was in Room 308 had lots of bed bugs, mites and creepy crawlies making it hard for me to sleep.They live in the mattress so its the Matress needs to be fumigated as well as the room.

Liked: Room and bathroom is very clean. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Good hospitality.Nice to visit again. Can recommend.

Not a hostel. Very quiet....

Liked: It was good to have breakfast included.
Disliked: This is listed as a HoStel, but it isnt. It is a HoTel. No staff after 4pm. No atmosphere or vibe. All the electronic checking in and form filling was a pain and impersonal. It would be better for clients to employ more real staff.An effort had Bern made to make areas seem cozy, but really it wasn't cozy at all.
