The Cozy Inn is exactly what the name says. Me and my husband stayed here for a one-year wedding anniversary. We were going to go to the Orange County Fair to see a concert and wanted some place close. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and updated. They had a nice pool even though we did not utilize it, the weather was so nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

There was nothing cozy about...

Liked: There was no breakfast! I didn’t even have a TV. The TV was not connected. The remote would not work. There was bugs, wiring exposes outlets uncovered everywhere, bathroom fan did not work and wires were exposed. No sockets covers. The bed was a full size when I paid for a king, hard with springs coming through, mattress was dirty looked like bed bugs. The towels were dirty looked like they were used. The plastic cups did not have plastic over them as if they were used and rinsed out. I felt very unsafe because there was no top lock to lock the door. I had to put a chair under the door. holes in the floor holes in the walls just bad, bad bad. I would like my money back!

Liked: The location was close to my work. That’s all I liked
Disliked: The room was VERY ran down. The tub drain didn’t clog so I couldn’t take a bath but that worked out because the water didn’t even get hot. The toilet seat almost slid off when I went to sit on it. The mattress I couldn’t take feel every spring! The real kicker was there was no remote to turn on the tv! It also didn’t turn on by the actually tv. I called at 9pm and theySaid they come look at it. I waited over an hour and no one came. I was exhausted from work and decided to just go to bed, I asked them if they could come at 11am the next day but no one did. I called the nextDay and they said I needed a cable box and they’d come up. Another hour passed and I had to call again!! I booked it for 2 nights but decided not to stay the second night!

Disliked: This is, without a doubt, the most vile, unsanitary, and mismanaged establishment I have ever encountered. The first room they gave me (Room 212) was absolutely revolting. The couch next to the bed was ripped and covered in mystery stains—gross doesn’t even begin to describe it. The closet door was taped shut, and when I dared to open it, I found discarded wood, paint, and other trash stuffed inside. The carpet was filthy, the cabinets were coated in grime, and the entire room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.When I complained about the conditions, they refused to issue a refund and instead shuffled me into a second room. Guess what? It was just as disgusting. Rusted showerheads, stained and dirty carpets, filthy walls—the list goes on. It was clear this place has zero standards for cleanliness or basic human decency.The worst part? When I decided to leave, they promised to refund me through Booking.com but then turned around and LIED. They claimed I left because I “had other plans” and smugly pointed to their no-refund policy. This is a blatant scam to take your money while offering uninhabitable rooms.
