Our trip to Santa Fe...

Liked: We liked the location & the price per night.
Disliked: I didn't like paying an additional $10/day for "extra's" that were less than adequate. The wifi went down for several hours every evening. The "complimentary" breakfast was sub par and the "complimentary" shuttle service was not available the one day we requested it. I will note they did credit my account by $10, but we stayed for 3 nights. I also don't like the fact they charge you a deposit for incidentals in the amount of $100. It is refunded, but it takes a few days to be returned to your account. I take credit for this, I should have read more thoroughly. There are no microwaves in the room. They have one you can use, but it was not convenient. They never had coffee in those carafe's in the lobby. The desk clerks were rarely present and when they were, they were just not friendly. Not rude, just acted like they would rather be somewhere else. If we ever get the opportunity to visit Santa Fe again, I will book with a different property.

Liked: Wifi
Disliked: Wifi cutting off at times and getting charged $35 for a nose bleed stain on a spread sheet valued @ $7.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast burritos were delicious
Disliked: Mobility accessible but toilet too low, don’t think grab bar available and tub not shower.

I’ll stay there again!
