Disliked: There was one night when kids were yelling in the hallway but that was stopped quickly.

Liked: All were wonderfully polite in dealing with staff . It was all in all a really comfortable stay and was made to feel important welcomed, and the hotel itself was unique and exquisite,especially considering the value of price as well.
Disliked: Having to leave.

Liked: The location was good, there were a lot of restaurants and businesses, easy to get out and get back to the Hotel.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned very well especially the bathroom. It had a strong urinal/ moldy smell so I had some Clorox wipes & wiped down the toilet, the bottom & the floor. It helped a little so we had to keep the bathroom door shut during the remainder of our stay. I was charged a $100.00 deposit stay for any damages. I noticed there were homeless individuals coming and going from the hotel lobby area, some hanging around the building. I asked for a room with a view to the parking lot so I could view my vehicle since I had items in it. When my daughter & I came back from dinner, the Hotel taped off the parking to the front of our room. So I parked on the other side from the taped area. Close to dusk there was this large bus that parked directly right in front of our room blocking the view to the parking lot. I asked the front desk about this, but the staff member said there was a group of guests staying there who owned that bus. So I re-parked my vehicle as close to the front door of the Hotel and could not view my vehicle through the night. The next night more people started parking in the front of the room window area & so when the large bus arrived, it had to park on the opposite side which prevented from viewing the parked vehicles in the parking lot. While taking a shower, I felt the bottom of the bathtub to be rotted because it felt like there was hardly any support and was a creaky sound coming from it. Maybe this was the reason it smelled.. When I checked out, I informed the staff member about the bathroom problem and smell. I will never book with this Hotel again when I visit Santa Fe, New Mexico.
