Good stopover for solo traveller

Liked: Atmosphere good and staff friendly and helpful.Situation of hotel is superb.The hotel takes dogs which is great. I would definitely use hotel again when I am travelling.
Disliked: Everything was fine but there was a strange noise.Not sure if it was the plumbing or coming from outside.I passed this on. It was not a particular inconvenience but worth mentioning as it was persistent

Very enjoyable relaxed break

Liked: The location of the hotel was very close to the centre of the town , good public transport with stops outside the hotel. Hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drink was very good breakfast was buffet style with a good selection to pick from same with dinner. Very enjoyable experience

Stay excellent apart from swimming...

Liked: Excellent value for money
Disliked: Flexibility in using the leisure facilities. Changing rooms not available, no shower. Limited time in pool despite being only 2 folk using pool. Charge for towels.

Liked: We arrived late but the receptionist gave excellent service as if we were the only people who mattered to him. He was an amazing asset to the hotel. The room was great . The best nights sleep had. Breakfast was fantastic high quality food very tasty in a relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked: That we only stayed one night.
