Liked: The hotel has built a lodge at the back of the hotel and the rooms are new and it is a pleasure to be stay there
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Disliked: The room was very cold on arrival and took hours to warm up

Not the hotel it appeared...

Liked: The guy on check in was very polite and showed me to my room in a separate building. Parking was free although I did worry about the safety of my car
Disliked: I didn't know the hotel was used by the home office when I booked I think this should be made clear on book in. The room was absolutely freezing on my arrival. I stayed in a chalet type building but had to go back to the home office accommodation to return my key I would of rather they been a key drop off at the chalets. I asked for a room with a bath like the pictures suggested they had but that's not the accommodation your booking.

Disliked: It was freezing cold. The heater was hard to operate, it would boost for 15mins and then turn off
