BEST STAY EVER

Liked: THE BEST HOTEL EVER!!!. I travel quite a bit and can say hands down this was the most spectacular stay I have ever had. the staff, the hotel, the rooms.... every single thing from beginning to end. will stay here every single time I visit London
Disliked: nothing. perfect

Excellent Hotel with great staff...

Liked: Excellent Breakfast if a little pricey. Hot food was cooked to order though. Rooms extremely comfortable, Very good restaurant, great location. Staff really good
Disliked: Optional 5% charge on room rate for staff tips although optional on top of 12.5% service charge makes it a pricey stay

Disliked: No tea making facilities in room . Opaque windows making the room rather dark and complicated heating controls
