Fantastic location!

Liked: Comfortable spacious quiet rooms. Beautiful decor.
Disliked: No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Turn down service was offered at 4.30pm on our final night ( a bit early!)Breakfast was incredibly busy on our second morning we had a long wait for our food and left before our ordered coffees arrived as it was taking so long.

Truly fantastic

Liked: Fantastic. We love the Firmdale Hotels and the Covent Garden Hotel in particular. From the attention to detail decor, fab breakfast and very professional and pleasant staff who can’t do enough for the guests. Kit Kemp is a treasure. There is no hotel chain in the world to match Firmdale. It is truly like being at home but with a full compliment of staff! Love love love it
