A very enjoyable experience

Liked: Great staff, fabulous room and exceptional bathroom
Disliked: No tea making facilities in room . Opaque windows making the room rather dark and complicated heating controls

Liked: Lovely accommodations, beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Warm and friendly staff. Loved the Library Room.

Liked: Breakfast was superb and served conveniently late in beautiful surroundings.
Disliked: Our new Yers Eve meal wasn't very well attended by the what appeared to be short level of staff. We were in no hurry but for example would have had more drinks if we had been able to get attention. Also my main course was very over salted and this caused no reaction when I pointed it out.

It is a nice hotel

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the design of the room.
Disliked: The room was minuscule. The toiletries provided were not adequate.

Liked: the rooms were beautifully appointed with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful toiletries. i love that the bath and shower are separate. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Liked: the location was great and the staff was wonderful! everyone was helpful and friendly. the room was beautifully decorated, clean, roomy and very comfortable. I love the bathroom has a walk in shower.
