Disliked: Didn't get a room till 10pm 6-1/2 hours after check in time room was dirty, and had cob webbs everywhere and the manager was not available to discuss my issues

Disliked: Everything separated, food one place billiards another place gym, another place not to walking friendly

Liked: Staff very courteous, friendly, helpful. Privacy, and the spa massage was the tops. But overall very nice.

Clean and quiet romantic getaway

Liked: Very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was on site, and most amenities were included. The room was extremely quiet, and you couldn't hear your neighbor. There were pros and cons to the room having no windows. It was private and a good restful sleep without knowing (or caring) whether it's day or night.
Disliked: A bit outdated. Waited 3 hours past check in to get the room, howeve, this was between Christmas and New Years, so they were short staffed. The room was rather cave like due to inadequate lighting.
