Located on a peninsula overlooking the North Sea the Cove Bay Hotel makes a convenient base for exploring Aberdeenshire the Cairngorms National Park and Royal Deeside. The hotel has a large lounge bar split into various levels with spectacular views over the bay. The on-site restaurant also features wonderful sea views and has a fantastic reputation for great quality good-value food made with fresh locally sourced produce. The hotel also hosts excellent lunches and dinners in the large public bar. All of the rooms with attached bathroom feature simply styled décor and furnishings. Overnight stay great experience as...

Liked: We have stayed here over many years and never disappoints warm friendly welcome helpful staff clean room comfy bed good shower food is fantastic and a lovely breakfast served by Angie who goes the extra mile to ensure breakfast is a great experience.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good

Weekend break

Liked: Good food. Comfy bed, although we are used to a bigger bed.
Disliked: Nothing around about. Cove is really just a commuter area for Aberdeen. We did walk down to the harbour area though and the view over the north sea was fabulous.
