Disliked: The service & attitude of lady working counter of breakfast area. Wanted to buy just a juice. It was horrible customer service There was construction of building so could not go swimming. No discount was offered for this.* still advertised having pool

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Liked: The rooms were fairly ok. Lots of defects from the construction/remodel.
Disliked: The pool was already ripped out before the closing date. The pictures are deceiving as there was not a Jacuzzi in our room.

Liked: Great location. Great restaurants in the area. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even supplied a toilet seat riser for my wife who has bad hips and knees, and that was very helpful and very thoughtful on their part.
Disliked: Its under construction so some things werent available, but we understood that before we checked in. They offered to cancel the reservation but no other locations had rooms so we elected to stay.
