Disliked: Parking was hard to find because of one ways and it was not explained well by workers on how to find parking lot, especially if you’re not from SF and not use to the roads

All in all it was...

Liked: Love the location to downtown. Everything is within walking distance to hotel. Love that Mel’s Diner restaurant was attached to hotel. Food was good, but the customer service/restaurant staff were friendly and personable. Made dining a great experience.
Disliked: When we arrived the hotel reception staff were tepid at best. They were professional, but not warm and engaging. Luckily we’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and because we like the amenities we somewhat excused the “luke warm reception “ upon arrival.

Liked: Very beautiful hotel
Disliked: The rooms are so close to each other that you could hear the neighbors partying all night and staff did nothing about it. Also an alarm went off for hours without someone addressing it.
