Liked: I tried checking in. Never had my reservation. Tv would not work to get the weather. No coffee. No breakfast nothing. Pay 200 dollars per night only stay 8 hours. Staff does nothing to help. Then. They ask for a tip. What a horrible place.

Our stay at the Courtyard...

Liked: Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Great location near restaurants & the Mall. Plenty of good parking.We loved the staff; very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted each time we left the hotel or returned.The beds were very comfortable!This will Always be our place to stay when visiting family in Provo.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
