Liked: Close to all amenities. Staff were all very pleasant.
Disliked: Building going on nearby which made it noisy in my room. Coffee shop very poorly stocked. Only a choice of pastries or muffins. I requested a room close to my family but was six floors apart.

Conveniently located to Times Square...

Great hotel, great location

Liked: The staff was lovely, they helped us get checked in early and we're welcoming and kind every time we came back in. The rooms are spacious, nicely updated, and clean. The location can't be beat, half a block to Bryant Park or Broadway!
Disliked: N/A

Great location but not for...

Liked: Location is great. Close to Times Square and subways. Everyday room cleaning. Facility itself is clean. Staff is helpful and nice to guests.
Disliked: No restroom on lobby level. Need to take an elevator downstairs to go to restroom before/after breakfast at lobby level. No microwave in the rooms. Need to go down to lobby level for microwave.

Would stay here again.

Liked: Whenever you rate a hotel in New York you have to compare to other NY hotels, not hotels in general. You are going to pay a lot and the room will be small. This property is a very good value, and in an excellent location. Half a block from Bryant Park and half a block from Times Square, yet very quiet. Staff was friendly and quickly attended to a minor maintenance issue in the room.

Superb

Liked: Location was excellent for what we wanted and the room was spacious.
Disliked: We found the desk staff to be okay when we registered but from then on never acknowledged us when we entered or left the property. Not expecting a conversation but a nod or smile goes a long way. To feeling welcome. A maintenance man was far more pleasant!

Would stay here again as...

Liked: The location was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. The bellhops were so friendly and always willing to help wherever they could.
Disliked: Didn’t like one of the front desk staff. Didn’t catch his name he was the only male that worked in the front. Had a bad attitude and just felt like he thought he was better than everyone. Didn’t like him at all. All other front desk staff were amazing. Bath tub didn’t look very clean.

Uncomfortable

Liked: The location was close to the sites my family from England wanted to visit. This was the reason I booked this particular hotel. It was very close to times square which was appealing to me.
Disliked: My husband and I couldn't fit in the same bed, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. One of us ended up not sleeping in it because we couldn't move. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. I definitely didn't feel comfortable in our room and non of us slept well so it did spoil the next day in NYC. It felt like a waste of money because of that. I would have spent more and gone somewhere else to get a bigger bed that we both fit in.
