Slight disoppointment

Liked: Location was good and cleaning staff very helpfull and friendly.
Disliked: AC in the room was unbeleviably loud, one night we didn’t have any hot water (so no showering) and some of reseption staff wasn’t very friendly.

think twice

Liked: we stayed on the top floor 31 it was just outdated and bed in need of replacement, not worth the 2483.00 we paid 5 nights and the breakfast was not up to par it's all microwave food. the hispanic lady that runs the register is very rude in the food area. the front desk was not very helpful as far as getting around in the subway systems, very cold and unfriendly. i will not stay here again the cost vs the quality and customer service in the whole hotel is not a winner we are a family of 4, from the south very friendly and happy upbeat people with 2 teenage kids, I've done customer service for 40 plus years and can tell you if i treated people the way they do in NYC as a whole... I would have been unemployed a long time ago with the behaviors shown to us.
