The staff was the highlight for me and my kids. Front desk was always smiling, helpful, and kind. Accommodations were perfect and if we're ever in Milwaukee again, it will be our go to place.

Disliked: Only low point was the shower handle popping off (room 218).

We arrived late in the evening, and were upgraded to a suite since I am a Marriott Rewards member. I really appreciated that extra benefit. Hotel seemed more like a regular Marriott than a Courtyard - more elegant. Parking fee allowed us in and out privileges for 24 hours, not just until we checked out.

Liked: Breakfast was good, not use to ordering for breakfast at a hotel, only buffets.Facilities were great. Loved the attached parking structure and private elevator.But for a mobility-impaired person, it is a long walk from garage to service desk.We liked the closeness of the 3rd Street Market.
Disliked: Bed was a bit saggy and thin.
