The room was fine; clean and had all I needed. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. Overpriced for bottled water, soda and snacks. No vending machines.
Liked: Distance to the American Airlines Center.
Disliked: Overpriced food and snacks. Hotel advertised a restaurant, but it was more a lounge. No dinner menu.

The whole place was wonderful. The lobby was wonderful decorated. The room was amazing. Beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Then came the shower. It was loose, wobbly and it kept shooting water everywhere but at me. So it would've been perfect if not for the shower.
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: The shower.

The Courtyard staff were all helpful and friendly. No problems at all. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Great all around!
Liked: Nice hotel in convenient location!

Chose this hotel due to the distance to Medieval Times.
Liked: Only positive thing that can be said is that there are several hotels in this area that provide great service and will continue to take my business there.
Disliked: Air conditioner stopped working - management acknowledged it but failed to make better arrangements for myself and three kids under the age of ten. Housekeeping gave us two bottles of water which we were later charged $5.41 for the two bottles. Also, after paying for the upgrade for everyone to have breakfast they wouldn't let the children be served. Very disappointed with the service provided and will not be staying with this company again.

The front desk staff were not good. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and our room wasn't ready and we ask to store our suitcases and clothing bags. I told them that I would be back after 5:00 p.m. since I was going to the Dallas Market Center and was assured that our room would be ready and waiting. However, when we returned, our room had been given away and all that was left was a king and I had requested a double since we travelling on business. We were told that all they had was a king and it was to bad that the morning person had not blocked our room even though it was prepaid. I was told that none of their surrounding properities would not have a room since a MARY KAY convention was in town and they took our room. I had made this reservation two weeks prior and I'm also a Marriott rewards member and that was ignored. Finally the night manager gave us two king rooms and comped them. He was very nice and made our stay pleasant. However, when we went to get our stored clothes they were in a storage closet along with drinks, mops and etc. and were in the floor under things and my bag had sticky stuff all over it and had to be thrown away and my sweater was in the dirty floor. I cannot believe that they can overbook a prepaid room when I arrived early and checked in. I have stayed in many of the Market Center hotels and never had this happen before. The overall hotel was clean and food was good.
Liked: Very gracious night manager
Disliked: Bad reception people at desk
