Very comfortable and clean but...

Liked: We couldn’t access Netflix on our TV and none if the staff could help us because the didn’t know how to fix it. Also the breakfast was too expensive for the small variety of food.

Convenient and comfortable for business...

Liked: Professional staff who always assisted with a smile
Disliked: Busy with renovations. Some noise. Should inform people when making reservation, not after fact

Liked: We went to concert at Halle concert venue and was 2 minute walk excellent location

Trip for a gig

Liked: Proximity to gig venue was great, but the staff were what made it. High energy, enthusiastic and very helpful.

Excellent stay

Liked: Room was newly decorated and very clean, with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: I would have liked to be able to adjust temperature of the room a little as it was very hot. I did speak to reception staff and got a very good explanation on why hotel was so warm and that air con was not in use due to still being winter which is totally understandable.
