I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so polite. My room was clean and the building was beautiful. The service was great! Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: The staff some of them were helpful and some were not.
Disliked: The hot tub nor the pool was clean, nor did the hot tub work, I told a staff member, nothing happened he didn't come back to address the issue or said he let his supervisor know of the issue.

Disliked: They give me another room and they took my room and give it to another guest and give me very bad room besides the recipient was yelling

Liked: I did not eat breakfast at the Courtyard. I brought my own.
Disliked: I would have appreciated it if the Bistro had been opened when I arrived at the hotel at 6:00. The Bistro closed at 5:00.I didn't a problem with Courtyard. My name is Mary K Davis. When I booked my reservation through Booking.com they entered my last name as Kdavis. The front desk staff at the hotel worked patiently to find my reservation. I will never again use Booking.com.
