I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so polite. My room was clean and the building was beautiful. The service was great! Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: I would definitely come back.

I’ll be coming back

Liked: I love it i was so happy i felt like i was home

Bad

Disliked: There were no soap in bathroom and they didn`t bring despite requested from frontdesk. They charged me 2 times and didn`t adjust despite many calls and email. Finally I solved through my bank.

It was okay!

Liked: That a-least that allowed us to go the hotel next to them to swim and there pool was bigger and better. Will booked that location the next time.
Disliked: That the pool was out of service. Was told it needed a pump

Definetly Recommend to Anyone staying...

Liked: Room was clean, bathroom was clean with fresh towels also room was very warm and inviting.
Disliked: Hot tub was cold.

Good overall stay. Wonderful staff....

Liked: Clean, decor, comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom needed repaired- sink didn't drain, shower leaked lots of water through door onto bathroom floor, cracked tiles on floor

Liked: The staff some of them were helpful and some were not.
Disliked: The hot tub nor the pool was clean, nor did the hot tub work, I told a staff member, nothing happened he didn't come back to address the issue or said he let his supervisor know of the issue.
