It was okay stay but...

Disliked: The pool is a joke it’s definitely not even four feet deep it should just be turned into a hot tub. Other guests were offered water bottles upon arrival and we were not. One elevator was out of commission and the other was slower than death. The food on the grounds is horrible, but there’s a bar!

Very satisfying

Liked: Easy check in, front desk associate was very friendly
Disliked: Pool closed way to early. It says 10pm close, but was locked by 8:30pm. No breakfast included, n was very expensive to buy.

Disappointing

Liked: The room was a good size and it was clean. Beds were ok.
Disliked: Our room was aparantly next to the boiler room or something bc the non stop noise from the machinery made it impossible for me to sleep.

Poor

Disliked: The fact I lost 2 expensive jackets and they told me they found them i went to pick them up and all of a sudden they don't have them then I get a call and they tell me they have them and they will mail them to me almost a month later and still have not revived them I'm 2 states away don't think it takes that long to mail something 5 hours away
