VERY SOLID HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN...

Liked: super comfy bed and sofa! very nice bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries, love the mounted TV with the swivel so you can watch anywhere in the room. love the fire pit/alleyway area outside the lobby as well. staff was friendly and made check-in/check-out a breeze!
Disliked: parking is $15 a night... yikes. also not in an attached garage, little bit of a walk to the hotel if you don't get a close/first floor spot. no free breakfast either which is always a bummer when you're paying $100+ a night for a room. those are my only complaints though!

We wouldn’t stay here again....

Liked: The location was great but sadly we were greeted by a guy at the front desk who acted like we were wasting his time. He didn’t smile or make eye contact once and when we asked questions about the parking, we had to ask 3 times, as he didn’t answer. When we asked for an extra key, he told us,- “We are running low so you don’t get one.” When we asked where the room was located he said he couldn’t tell us but the elevator is over there. Absolutely no customer service at all!The pull out couch didn’t have sheets, even though we booked the room for 3 people. The shower had no body soap in the dispenser, had very little water pressure and took 10-12 minutes just to get warm water.

Disliked: A list is easier1. Lost our reservation and showed no interest in helping us2. It took 20 minutes of arguing between the staff for who would even help us “check in” literally the staff member that lost threw a toddler tantrum after realizing he was going to have to do his actual job. 3. The staff was ill-mannered had absolutely no desire to be there4. Lobby was dirty5. Bar lost liquor license - bartender sitting at bar ignoring customers 6. Bathroom smelled of vomit

Liked: I particularly liked the staff here! They were friendly, helpful, and patient. I would especially like to shout out the two women who checked me in and out, and the gentleman who helped remove a mistaken charge from my card. They were thorough, patient, diligent, and accurate. The staff was really outstanding!
