Liked: Bed was comfy; view wasn’t bad from the second floor; fire pit in the courtyard was very nice; didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant on the roof but it smelled wonderful!
Disliked: The shower was honestly the worst hotel shower I’ve ever gotten im - literally my only complaint.

Liked: Loved our stay here! Carlton was a joy and very helpful!! We will be back!!

Convenient Choice for Wake Forest...

Liked: The room was large, quiet, and clean and parking was convenient. The bistro was a good option for grab and go. The location was a short drive to WFU and within walking distance of several coffee shops and good restaurants.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very weak. A dispensary is located just a few doors down and attracted a dicey clientele.

Nice hotel but over priced

Disliked: No caffeinated coffee pods in room, Bathroom was not very clean

Very nice upscale hotel, and...

Liked: The property was nice and clean and the rooms were really big and it’s very clean and the beds were very comfortable., the only thing is the pool is not heated and it gets very cold.
Disliked: The indoor pool was very cold and it got my kids sick. Also the breakfast buffet was understaffed, and there were a lot of guests so the staff could not attend to all the needs of the guest. But the staff had a very good attitude about everything and they handled it as best as they could.
